Return Process

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all CRYSTALAND tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
